The game room is complimented by a wet bar and mini fridge. The first floor also offers a full bathroom adjacent to a queen bedroom with private back porch access and walk-in closet. Continuing down the hallway you'll pass Redemption's custom bunk room with four twin beds. 2nd Floor - Whether using the stairs or the home's elevator, Redemption's living and dining room area are second to none. Unless you have specifically arranged for an early arrival time, please do not arrive at the property before your scheduled check-in time. Do not hang towels on porch/balcony railings. The HOA imposed fines on guests found to be doing so. No items may be attached or hung from the walls. This home's walls are venetian plaster, and as such are delicate, easily damaged with tape or other types of adhesive, and costly to repair. Construction - This neighborhood - along with many others along the 30A - is growing, and as such there may be construction with attendant noise that may take place during your stay.
