Additional parking spaces are available by the community pool. Included is 4 bicycles (adult) for your convenience. LOCATION Home is located in Inlet Beach, within The Preserve at Inlet Beach - A coastal community just 0.7 miles away from Inlet Beach access points and less than five minutes to the heart of Rosemary Beach. It's located directly behind the new, upscale shopping and dining center - 30Avenue, and close proximity to Rosemary Beach. The home is also just a short drive to Publix grocery store. This neighborhood is a mix of full/part-time residents and vacation rentals. It's very quiet and friendly! The community features a superb outdoor pool with a pavilion, seating, and and outdoor fireplace. The community boardwalk & dock provides direct access to Powell Lake should you wish to rent paddle boards or kayaks during your stay. 0.4 mile~(2 min drive) 30 Avenue Shops and Restaurants, weekly live music events, the Donut Hole 0.8 mile~Inlet Beach Access at S. Wall St. 1 mile~Inlet Public Beach Access at S Orange St. with parking, ramp, showers and restrooms 1 mile~Rosemary Beach/Barrett Square/Farmers Market 2 miles~Camp Helen State Park offering pristine beaches, trails that wind through dunes and along Lake Powell, one of the largest rare coastal dune lakes found only a few places in the world. 1.8 miles~(5 min drive) Publix Grocery Store Panama City Beach 20 miles~(25-30 mins) Panama City Beach Airport (ECP) Flying in from out of town instead of driving? Flying into ECP (Panama Beach City) airport is a 30 minute drive to the house. Flying into VPS (Destin airport) is a little over a 1 hour drive. NEARBY BEACH ACCESS Inlet Beach has several beach access options to choose from. Below are the 3 most popular: -Inlet Beach Regional Beach Access: This access has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season. Located at the end of South Orange Street about 200 yards south of US Hwy 98. Inlet Beach Regional Access is the largest county access and features three dune walkovers and 117 parking spaces. Located 0.8 miles from house. -Wall Street Beach Access: Located about a mile drive from the Preserve at Inlet Beach, about 200 yards east of the intersection of US30A and Highway 98, at the end of South Wall Street, where it dead ends at the gulf. NOTE: This Access has no public parking. There is no parking but there is parking, along with restrooms and outdoor showers about 1/4 mile east at the Inlet Beach Access. -Winston Lane Public Beach Access: Located less than .08 away. This access is on the western border of Inlet Beach where it meets Rosemary. There is not public parking available, but plenty of bike racks if you choose to ride a bike. HOUSE RULES *Check-In: After 4PM | Check-Out: Before 10AM *Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises. *No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited including back porch/deck. *No parties or events. *During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues no wifi, or slow wifi. *Home must remain pet free. IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
