Wander Innsbrook Woods

While the house has fast WiFi, cell phone service is limited in Innsbrook. We recommend taking note of the WiFi password, directions, and relevant addresses beforehand, which are available on the “Trips” tab in the Wander app.

The woodland property is home to a variety of amazing creatures, including bugs and other wildlife that may draw near to the home, especially during the warmer months. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone.

To minimize the presence of pests, avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed. Leaving doors and windows open can greatly increase the likelihood of unwanted critters entering the home.

We take great care to keep the home clean and well-maintained, and every effort is made to minimize the presence of insects through regular treatments and thorough cleanings before each guest stay.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule of 16 people. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

The outdoor furniture is currently winterized for the season. As part of this process, cushions, pillows, and some outdoor furniture have been removed to protect them during colder weather. You’re still welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas during this time, but seating and cushions will remain stored until conditions improve.
