The master suite, located on the third floor, provides an unmatched ocean view, a full bathroom with a panoramic shower, and a walk-in closet, along with a work area or coffee table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a spacious three-door refrigerator, an electric stove with a range hood, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, and a complete set of cookware, along with both glass and plastic dinnerware, and glasses for indoor and outdoor use. The house also features social areas designed to enjoy every moment, such as a dining area for 12 people with an outdoor view, a TV room with surround sound, and a balcony with a sea view.

Additionally, within the residential complex, there is a shared pool, and the house provides private parking for one car or golf cart, an independent entrance for greater privacy, and a washer/dryer unit.
