Square Grouper Islamorada
A relaxed waterfront dining experience known for their fresh, locally sourced seafood, craft cocktails, and wine selection. Signature dishes include the Square Grouper Seafood Stew, truffled lobster mac, and almond encrusted grouper. Open 11 AM - 2:30 PM and 5 PM - 10 PM, Wednesday-Sunday; closed Monday-Tuesday. Tip: Since the “To Be Seated” line can get long, ensure to join the outside line prior to 4:50 PM.
Chef Michael's
An upscale island-style restaurant serving fresh seafood, New American entrees, decadent desserts, wine and beer, plus Sunday brunch. Menu highlights include their tuna tataki, conch and shrimp fritters, grilled prime NY strip, key lime pie, and salted caramel cheesecake brûlée. Reservations and special events may be accommodated. Open for dinner service 5 PM - 10 PM, Monday-Saturday; closed Sunday.
Pierre's Restaurant

Keys History & Discovery Center
A 7,500-square-foot museum and learning center at the Islander Resort featuring exhibits on Native Americans, pirates, and Spanish treasure fleets. The first floor focuses on the Keys’ anthropological history while the second floor serves as an adaptable space that hosts touring exhibits along with the Jerry Wilkinson Research Library here and a 35-seat theater screening informative documentary films. Open 10 AM - 5 PM, Tuesday-Sunday; closed Monday.
History of Diving Museum
An independent, non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation, education and exhibition of the History of Diving, with emphasis on the contributions of South Florida and the Florida Keys.
