You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat. ◦ Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee ◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address ◦ RULES: Noise ordinance: Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine. ◦ SMOKING POLICY No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees ◦ Restricted Areas: Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item. ◦ Hot Tub/Pool: Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times. Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration. No drinking in the hot tub, please. Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water. Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance. ☆ Cowboy Pool Availability ☆ The cowboy tub is drained and unavailable for guest use during winter months (November - March) to prevent the filter from freezing and breaking. ◦ Photoshoots & Video: No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee. ◦ Damage Waiver Policy Each reservation requires either a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver The Cohost Company will be available 24/7.
