This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

With advanced notice and team approval, you may invite up to 2 outside vendors to perform services at the property.

The desert is home to a variety of amazing creatures, including squirrels, rabbits, coyotes, snakes, spiders, insects, and other wildlife. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. Use caution and do not touch wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.

Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

The pool is available year-round. There is a $250/day fee with a minimum of 2 days for pool heating at this home.

Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay. This is a non-refundable fee once the process has started.

This Wander is completely off-grid and powered by the sun. It is best to conserve energy as much as possible, but we do have a backup generator that will kick in automatically should power run low.

All of our water comes from a well system. It is important that all members of your party practice water conservation to the best of their abilities.

Note: if it is overcast or at night, please conserve power. The mini splits offer heating and cooling for the house. They should be used primarily during daylight hours.

Please note that there is a full-ceiling casita bedroom skylight at this home, directly above the guest bed. Light may come through in the early morning, so you may want to bring an eye mask if the sunlight is a concern.
