Open the retractable floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors to instantly transform the living room and dining room into an indoor / outdoor sanctuary overlooking Joshua Tree's natural beauty. Swim or lounge in the custom multi-level pool and relax on one of the many plush outdoor couches and lounge chairs. Take in the vibrant sunset over the mountains from the comfort of the infinity hot tub. Enjoy a meal under the stars at the outdoor dining table. And make s'mores and share stories around the built-in firepit at the foot of the illuminated boulders.
The property features an open floor plan with large common areas for entertaining, a master bedroom wing with waterfall shower and floating soaking tub, two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms complete with waterfall showers, a ½ bedroom / game room including a Tempur-Pedic sofa bed / billiards table / poker table, a custom pool with infinity hot tub, an outdoor dining table, large cushion pool chaise loungers, an outdoor lounge area, a firepit, outdoor grill, and over an acre of gated private land with the backyard surrounded by boulders. The luxury home is outfitted with high-end finishes, appliances, and amenities.

CHECK-IN PROCESS - Checking in at your FIELDTRIP home is now easier than ever. FIELDTRIP's guidebook contains everything you need to know. From reservation details, property information, check-in instructions, local recommendations and add-on services to enhance your stay, you'll find it all here.
PARKING - Guests are limited to a maximum of 6 cars, depending on size. Renters and their daytime guests should park in the garage or driveway. There is NO on-street parking available. To avoid ticketing or towing, please ensure all cars are not extending into or blocking the sidewalk.
- PETS - Pets are permitted with the receipt of a pet fee. The fee is $150 per pet, up to 3 pets. Please inquire about Service Animals and next steps to waive the fees.
EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT - Stay a little longer and add up to 2 hours before or after your arrival for $75/hour. Half days (11am arrival or 4pm departure) are also available for 50% of the nightly rate for the night needing to be blocked to accommodate.
DELIVERIES - We are unable to accept packages at the homes. Please plan accordingly and utilize holding packages at the local post office or nearby Amazon Lockers.
EVENTS / RETREATS - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Small events within our permitting requirements are considered. Please note that all events require formal, written approval from the County of San Bernardino. Additionally, an event fee starting at $1,000 will apply, with the final cost determined by the specific scope and coverage of the occasion.
PHOTO/VIDEO & COMMERCIAL USE - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Guests are welcome and encouraged to take photos for personal use (and feel free to tag us @stayfieldtrip). Drones are not permitted due to county restrictions. While we welcome professional media projects, all commercial, professional, promotional, or revenue-generating photography and videography are subject to production fees. Additionally, any filming on the property is permitted only upon receiving formal approval from the County of San Bernardino. For these activities, we require payment in advance along with a signed production agreement, production insurance, and a location release. IF THERE IS ANY DOUBT IF YOUR SHOOT IS COMMERCIAL, PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST. Any guests found to be doing a commercial shoot will have their reservation canceled. Any commercial shoots discovered during or after a stay will be responsible for the production fee.
