The property sits just a five-minute drive from the entrance to Indian Cove — a scenic, serene area of Joshua Tree National Park. The Maya's modern geometric design stands out as a luxury oasis against the stark landscape, while its minimalist aesthetic lets it blend into the natural beauty all around. The open, airy layout is complemented by large sliding glass doors on both sides, creating panoramas of unobstructed views. Tasteful décor features premium fixtures and furnishings, exquisite textures and materials, and eccentric accent pieces. Perfect for groups, the space holds five king bedrooms (three in the main house and two in the casita), four full bathrooms, indoor and outdoor dining, a wet bar lounge area, two living rooms, a game room, two workstation desks, a firepit, and an oversized resort-style pool with hot tub.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

• CHECK-IN PROCESS - Checking in at your FIELDTRIP home is now easier than ever. FIELDTRIP's guidebook contains everything you need to know. From reservation details, property information, check-in instructions, local recommendations and add-on services to enhance your stay, you'll find it all here.

• PARKING - Guests are limited to a maximum of 6 cars, depending on size. Renters and their daytime guests should park in the garage or driveway. There is NO on-street parking available. To avoid ticketing or towing, please ensure all cars are not extending into or blocking the sidewalk.

• EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT - Stay a little longer and add up to 2 hours before or after your arrival for $75/hour. Half days (11am arrival or 4pm departure) are also available for 50% of the nightly rate for the night needing to be blocked to accommodate.

• DELIVERIES - We are unable to accept packages at the homes. Please plan accordingly and utilize holding packages at the local post office or nearby Amazon Lockers.

• EVENTS / RETREATS - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Small events within our permitting requirements are considered. Please note that all events require formal, written approval from the County of San Bernardino. Additionally, an event fee starting at $1,000 will apply, with the final cost determined by the specific scope and coverage of the occasion.

• PHOTO/VIDEO & COMMERCIAL USE - Guests are welcome and encouraged to take photos for personal use (and feel free to tag us @stayfieldtrip). Drones are not permitted due to county restrictions. Any guests found to be doing a commercial shoot will have their reservation canceled. Any commercial shoots discovered during or after a stay will be responsible for the production fee.

LOCATION
Located 5 minutes from the Indian Cove Campground of Joshua Tree National Park. The Maya is conveniently located on the border of 29 Palms and Joshua Tree - both with drive-in National Park entrances. The home provides access to hiking, camping, and is equidistant to the shopping and dining attractions of downtown Joshua Tree and downtown 29 Palms. 5 minutes to Indian Cove Campground. 10 minutes to downtown Joshua Tree. 15 minutes to the Joshua Tree National Park Entrance. 10 minutes to downtown 29 Palms. 15 minutes to the 29 Palms National Park entrance. 25 minutes to Pioneertown and Yucca Valley. 1 hour to Palm Springs.
