The desert is home to a variety of amazing creatures, including squirrels, rabbits, coyotes, snakes, spiders, insects, and other wildlife. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. Use caution and do not touch wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.

Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

Routine maintenance may occur during your stay to keep the home in excellent condition. These visits are brief, non-intrusive, and typically accessed from the side or back of the home.

Scheduled maintenance days are as follows:

• Pool, spa, and cowboy tub service: Mondays and Thursdays

• Pest control service: Monthly, typically on the first Wednesday or Friday of the month

We make every effort to schedule maintenance during vacancy whenever possible, but occasional service during a stay may be necessary for routine upkeep. All visits are handled with care and minimal disruption.

You must be at least 25 years old to book this Wander.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

With advanced notice and team approval, you may invite up to 2 outside vendors to perform services at the property.
