NEIGHBORDHOOD:
Our home offers beautiful views and quick access to town and local attractions. Because we’re located near a road, you may hear some traffic noise during your stay. It typically varies by time of day, but we want guests to be aware in advance.
HOT TUB HEATING is free.
◦ THINGS TO NOTE:
Fenced yard: Fully fenced
Paved Roads/Dirt Roads: No dirt roads
Cell phone coverage: Yes cell phone service
Outdoor Surveillance: There are exterior cameras in the front door facing the driveway for the guest's safety. No camera inside the house.
◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.
◦ RULES:
Noise ordinance:
Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.
◦ SMOKING POLICY
No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees
◦ Restricted Areas:
Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.
◦ Hot Tub/Pool:
Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.
Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.
No drinking in the hot tub, please.
Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.
Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.
◦ Photoshoots & Video:
No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.
◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address

Each reservation requires either a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver
