Wander Joshua Tree Haven

There is poor cell coverage in the high desert. We recommend taking note of the WiFi password and access code beforehand, which is available on the “Trips” tab in the Wander app. Cell network strength can vary by topology, time of day, weather, and whether you’re located inside or outside of a vehicle or house.

The desert is home to a variety of amazing creatures, including insects, mice, snakes, and other wildlife. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. Use caution and do not touch wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed. 

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

The hot tub is serviced on Mondays and Thursdays for cleaning, inspection, and maintenance. The service team will not approach the house and will only attend to the water feature.

Although the house is located on a dirt road, a four-wheel-drive vehicle is not required.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

Maximum Occupancy
Local regulations limit additional day guests to a maximum of four (including both adults and children), and they must depart the property by 8 PM.

No Commercial Photography & Filming
Unauthorized commercial photography or filming is not permitted.

Limited Food Options
Food options in the area are limited, but Instacart and Desierto Alto both deliver to most homes and offer a wide selection.
