This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

With advanced notice and team approval, you may invite up to 2 outside vendors to perform services at the property.

The desert is home to a variety of amazing creatures, including squirrels, rabbits, coyotes, snakes, spiders, insects, and other wildlife. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. Use caution and do not touch wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.

Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

The infinity pool is open year-round. Note that the pool at the home is not heated, although a hot tub is available.

A few routine vendors may stop by the outdoor areas of the home to keep everything running smoothly. The landscaping crew member visits on Thursdays and won’t use power equipment before 8 AM; they may need brief access to the garage sprinkler controller. The spa technician services the hot tub and pool on Tuesdays or Fridays. All visits are quick, outdoors only, and no one will enter the home.
