The desert is home to a variety of amazing creatures, including squirrels, rabbits, coyotes, snakes, spiders, insects, and other wildlife. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. Use caution and do not touch wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.

Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

Pool & Spa
The pool and spa are serviced twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays. For your convenience, the pool technician will typically access the equipment from the side or back of the house and will come and go unannounced. These visits are brief and routine.

Pest Control
Our pest control service visits the property monthly and as needed. Routine servicing generally occurs on the first Wednesday or Friday of the month. We make every effort to schedule visits during vacancy; however, circumstances may require service during your stay to maintain the property.

All servicing is exterior only, and vendors will not enter the home. We appreciate your understanding as these routine visits help keep the property in excellent condition.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

There is a $250/day fee at this home. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay. This is a non-refundable fee once the process has started.
