While we are off a paved road, many roads in the high desert are dirt, so please take it slow. While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive car is not, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain. ◎ POOL AND HOT TUB HEATING: Your rental includes heating for the in-ground pool in May and September. The hot tub is always free to heat. However, during the cooler months, there are extra charges for pool heating. If you want the pool heated during these months, please let us know before you arrive. ◎ Extra Charges for Pool Heating: ✓ September and May - Complimentary ✓ October and April - Complimentary ✓ November, December & March - $200/night ✓ January & February - $150/night ◎ EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit and additional fees. ◎ DOGS: Due to the soft cedar wall paneling on the interior of this home we cannot allow dogs at this time.
