HOT TUB HEATING
To help manage propane costs, we charge a $50 per day fee to heat the hot tub. Because it’s an in-ground hot tub, it is not kept heated 24/7 and typically takes about 30 minutes to reach 104°F from ambient temperature. This approach helps keep the home economical for guests who don’t plan to use the hot tub, while allowing those who do opt in to enjoy it as much as they’d like during their stay.
Hot Tub & Pool Service: The hot tube/ pool is served on Thursday, typically between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Please note that arrival times are approximate and may vary slightly depending on the technician's schedule. Our service professional will access the backyard directly and will not need to enter the home.
POOL HEATING:
If you’d like the pool heated to 84°F, please let us know at least 24 hours before arrival. A daily fee applies due to high fuel costs. If heating for multiple days, days must be consecutive.
July through September - $250 each day.
October through June - $300 each day.
