Up the driveway and on top of the hill, Elevate sits in a quiet, developing neighborhood about five minutes from the main stretch of town, with Pioneertown about 10 miles off. Your day stays simple: a long swim in the spacious pool, a soak in the in-ground hot tub, then a game of pool in the game room. As night falls, the fire pit comes alive over the fully fenced acre, and two king bedrooms, each with its own ensuite, give two pairs of guests their own space.

Elevate is a modern hilltop home on a full acre, reached by its own driveway and set in a quiet neighborhood that is still developing. Floor-to-ceiling sliders flood the main living area with natural light, and white walls paired with dark accents keep the interior crisp. Mornings bring sunrise through the open sliders; evenings bring golden hour over the pool and a clear night sky over the yard. With two king suites and a converted game room, it suits couples traveling together and small groups.

-Outdoor Amenities-
The manicured, fully fenced yard is a clean counterpoint to the open desert beyond. The pool is the center of it all, a place to spend the afternoon and return to at sunset, when the sky's colors reflect across the water. After dark, the fire pit becomes the gathering point, and the in-ground hot tub offers a warmer, quieter spot. An outdoor couch rounds out the lounge area, and the grill sits close by for easy meals outside. Once night falls, this acre of desert opens up for real stargazing.

-Living Area-
The main living room is spacious and open concept, anchored by floor-to-ceiling windows that keep it connected to the outdoors, with a smart TV for movie nights. Just off the main house, the garage has been converted into a game room with direct access to the pool area. A pool table and foosball table make it a natural gathering spot, and it has its own TV and lounge seating for a change of scene.

-Kitchen and Dining-
The kitchen is open concept and modern, with new Cafe appliances, cookware and cooking supplies, plus spices, oils and other complimentary items to make cooking easier. A coffee setup is ready for slow mornings. The six-seat dining table and breakfast bar seating give the whole group room to gather, and the BBQ grill brings dinner outside.

-Bedrooms and Bathrooms-
Both bedrooms have king beds and their own ensuite bathrooms, so each pair of guests has privacy and a space of their own. The first bedroom carries the home's modern palette of blacks and beiges through its décor. With the two ensuites and an additional guest bathroom, there are three bathrooms in total, each with a walk-in shower.

-Surrounding Area-
Elevate sits in a tucked-away, peaceful neighborhood, close enough to town to be convenient and far enough out to feel private. The main stretch of town is about five minutes away, Joshua Tree National Park is roughly 12 miles from the house, and Pioneertown is about 10 miles. Palm Springs is about 30 miles away, with the airport at about 38 miles. Spend the days hiking and exploring, then come back up the hill for sunset.

A personal vehicle is necessary to get around in this area - rideshare apps are not guaranteed.

Please note that Elevate is in a remote location, and the last 2 miles to the home are dirt roads, so please take it slow. The dirt roads are maintained, and a four-wheel drive car is not necessary, but please note that the dirt road conditions vary and may have bumps and ruts, particularly after rainstorms.

-Pool Heating Fee-
Should you wish to have the pool heated to 85 degrees, please notify us in advance of your arrival, as there will be a supplemental charge per day for this service due to high fuel costs in this area. If you'd like the pool heated for multiple days, we ask that days be consecutive to conserve energy, thank you! Pool heating is not usually necessary May through September. Please note that we will need at least 24 hours' notice to heat the pool.
► July through September: $250 per day
► October through June: $300 per day
During the winter months, please be aware that colder outdoor temperatures may cause the pool to feel cooler than its maintained temperature of 85°F. We kindly ask that you ensure this temperature meets your comfort level before submitting a request, as refunds cannot be issued on this basis.

-Hot Tub Heating-
No fee to heat the hot tub! Please note that because the hot tub is an in-ground hot tub, it is not heated constantly in order to conserve energy. It will take around 30 minutes to heat to 104 degrees from ambient temperature.

-Pool and Hot Tub Service-
The pool and hot tub are serviced Mondays and Thursdays, approximately between 9am and 4pm. Please note that these times are estimates and may change slightly due to our technician's busy schedule. He will not approach the house but will go directly through to the backyard.

-Pet Policy-
We welcome your dogs! There is a $100 per dog per stay fee, limit of 2 dogs maximum. Please note on your reservation if you are bringing dog(s) and how many, and we will adjust the price accordingly. There is an unauthorized pet fee of $1000. Please use the provided dog sheets before allowing your dogs on any furniture. Cats and other pets are not allowed.

-Wildlife & Safety-
The desert landscape is teeming with wildlife and natural beauty, offering a unique connection to nature, but it's important to be mindful of the creatures and plants that call this area home. Guests may encounter a variety of wildlife during their stay, and while direct encounters with dangerous animals like coyotes, snakes, scorpions, bobcats, mountain lions and other desert dwellers are rare, it is important to be aware of your surroundings and to keep a safe distance from these creatures when spotted. Additionally, the desert is dotted with sharp cacti and other spiky plants. For your safety, always supervise children, pets, ESAs, and service animals while outdoors. Dogs should remain on a leash at all times and be watched closely while outdoors, as they can wander into potentially unsafe situations with wildlife or plants. By booking this property, guests acknowledge the potential for wildlife encounters and assume responsibility for their safety and the safety of their group. By respecting the local environment and staying aware, you can fully enjoy the magic of the desert.

-Security Camera-
For your security, there is an exterior camera located at the front of the home, facing the driveway, which monitors vehicles and occupancy. There are no cameras inside the home or facing any private areas, including the pool and hot tub areas.

-Hot Tub Care-
To protect your health and safety, as well as the hot tub and linens, all guests are asked to shower before and after using the hot tub. Please do not allow pets of any kind in the hot tub. Plastic cups are provided for outdoor use, and no glass is permitted in or around the water. If the water is left in poor condition due to misuse, an additional cleaning or maintenance fee may be charged.

-Quiet Hours-
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. No external speakers, music or excessive noise, please. Any noise-related fines or disturbance fees will be passed on to the guest.

-Check-in and Check-out-
Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability and our cleaning schedule.

-Late Check-out-
Any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee for the first hour, with an additional $100 charged for every hour thereafter.

-Check-out Tasks-
Before you leave, please wash any dirty dishes or load and start the dishwasher, place used towels on the bathroom floor, leave used beds unmade, turn off all lights, check for personal items, and lock all doors and windows. No other cleaning or trash removal is required unless noted elsewhere in this listing.

-Lost and Found-
Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address.

-Smoking-
Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, vapes and cannabis, is not permitted inside the home. Outdoor smoking must be at least 20 feet from doors and windows, and all smoking materials must be fully put out and thrown away. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in smoke-removal charges and a $1000 fee.

-Visitors-
Only guests listed on the reservation may stay at or visit the property unless we approve it in advance, and the total number of people on the property may not exceed the listing's maximum occupancy. Please message us before inviting any visitors.

-Parking-
Please park only in the driveway or other designated parking areas on the property. Street parking is not permitted and may result in fines.

-Restricted Areas-
Any locked closet, room or storage area on the property is reserved for rental supplies and is off limits to guests. Guests may be held responsible for damage or missing items if a locked area is entered.

-Photoshoots and Events-
Events, parties, weddings, photoshoots, filming and other commercial use of the property are not permitted without our written approval in advance. If you would like to use the home for a photoshoot or production, please message us before booking, as additional fees apply. Unauthorized commercial activity may result in a violation and production fee of up to $10,000 and termination of the reservation without refund.

-Cell Service-
Cell phone coverage in the area may be limited or unavailable depending on your carrier. Wi-Fi is available at the property.

-Damage Waiver Policy-
Each reservation requires either a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
