The master bedroom boasts floor-to-ceiling windows that immerse you in the beauty of the desert from sunrise to sunset. ➔ BEDROOMS Bedroom #1: California King-Sized Bed Bedroom #2: California King-Sized Bed Bedroom #3: King-Sized Bed There is an official walking entrance to the national park farther down the street that faces the front entrance of the home. PLEASE NOTE: due to the open design and unique features of the home and the property, it is not suitable for children. Outdoor security surveillance - There's a camera located on the front side of house for security purposes. ◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address * Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee Pets Pets are allowed at the property for a fee of $100 per pet. We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding! Noise ordinance: Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.
