Nestled between the Colorado and Mojave Deserts, Joshua Tree originally attracted artistic types looking for an unspoiled environment to inspire their creative side. Nowadays, it also appeals to distant travelers for its superb stargazing, mountain climbing, and vibrant art scene. Within driving distance from Los Angeles and Coachella Valley, this nature lover’s dream invites you to unplug, enjoy the outdoors, and admire the surrounding Joshua trees, of course. Experience Joshua Tree, AvantStay Style. All AvantStay guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking Home Truths: - Just a friendly reminder that if you'd like pool heat during your stay, requests and payment must be made at least 48 hours before check-in, as we're unfortunately unable to accommodate mid-stay requests. The pool heat is set to 80 degrees. Any higher temperature can damage the pool/spa equipment. Please note that there is one heater for both the pool and spa, so only one can be heated at a time. If the spa is in use, it may temporarily lower the pool temperature. Lastly, while we'll do our best to ensure a comfortable experience, outdoor weather conditions may affect how well the water heats. Thank you so much for your understanding! - Pool heat is not available from May-Sept. - This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Two trifold mattresses and linens are provided. - There is a fold-out mattress in the Living Room. - A wood fence surrounding the whole property as well as an iron fence around the pool has been installed since the posted photos were taken. - The backyard is off of the main road to the main entrance of Joshua Tree National Park. The entrance is under a 5-minute drive away. - Exterior video surveillance and noise alert decibel monitoring systems are in place in common areas to ensure guest security and compliance with local laws. Please note that only the Ring camera by the front entry is currently operational; the others have been deactivated. - Due to the remote location of our home, guests may experience unannounced power outages. Parking Details: Driveway parking - 2 vehicles This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib and a high chair available. --- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / Queen bed w/ ensuite Bedroom 2 / Queen bed Living Area / Sleeper sofa --- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
