Joshua trees grow right on the property at Moon Dusk, a short, flat and paved drive from downtown Joshua Tree and the park entrance, and the covered back patio looks out on the desert from the fenced backyard. Hike in the morning, swing in a hammock in the afternoon, then trade the hot tub for a dip in the cowboy tub before shooting pool in the garage game room. This newly built three-bedroom home has vaulted ceilings, polished concrete floors and a quartz kitchen with Café appliances.

Moon Dusk is a newly built home in Joshua Tree with an open layout, vaulted ceilings in the living and dining areas and polished concrete floors. A split floor plan puts two bedrooms at the front and the primary at the back. Out back, a covered patio with desert views, a hot tub, a cowboy tub, hammocks and sun loungers fill the fenced yard, and the garage doubles as a game room. Solar power, a tankless water heater and RV parking add practical touches. It suits families and groups of up to six.

-Outdoor Amenities-
The covered back patio looks out over the desert, and the fenced backyard has a hot tub, a cowboy tub, hammocks and sun loungers. The cowboy tub is not an in-ground pool. Joshua trees grow right on the property, with views from the front of the house as well.

The open-concept living and dining areas have vaulted ceilings and polished concrete floors. The smart TV is ready for your Hulu, YouTube or Netflix accounts. The oversized two-car garage doubles as a game room with a pool table and a couch.

-Kitchen and Dining-
The modern kitchen has quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, a Ruvati sink and Café appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, stove and microwave, plus pots, pans, plates, cups and utensils.

-Bedrooms and Bathrooms-
Moon Dusk has a split floor plan, with two bedrooms at the front and the primary at the back. The primary has a king bed, and the other two bedrooms each have a queen bed. The two bathrooms have tile showers and undermount sinks.

-Surrounding Area-
Moon Dusk is a short drive from downtown Joshua Tree and the entrance to Joshua Tree National Park, with clear skies for stargazing and desert flora all around.

The entire house and property are yours to enjoy!

A keypad at the front door provides keyless entry; your personal entry code and check-in instructions will be sent 3 days before arrival.

A personal vehicle is necessary to get around in this area - rideshare apps are not guaranteed.

The drive is simple, flat and paved the whole way. Up to 3 cars can park on the pavement in front and inside the garage, and an RV can park in the driveway. No street parking, please.

-Cowboy Tub-
The pool at Moon Dusk is a cowboy tub, not an in-ground pool.

-Hot Tub and Cowboy Tub Rules-
Please rinse off lotions and oils before and after using the hot tub or cowboy tub, keep the hot tub lid on to keep out dirt and hold the heat, and dispose of trash properly. No glass by any water. An additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness.

-Pool and Hot Tub Service-
We have weekly hot tub and cowboy tub cleanings, and this day may fall during your stay.

-Pet Policy-
We welcome your dogs! There is a $100 per dog per stay fee, limit of 2 dogs maximum. Please note on your reservation if you are bringing dog(s) and how many, and we will adjust the price accordingly. There is an unauthorized pet fee of $1000. Please use the provided dog sheets before allowing your dogs on any furniture. Cats and other pets are not allowed.

-Wildlife & Safety-
The desert landscape is teeming with wildlife and natural beauty, offering a unique connection to nature, but it's important to be mindful of the creatures and plants that call this area home. Guests may encounter a variety of wildlife during their stay, and while direct encounters with dangerous animals like coyotes, snakes, scorpions, bobcats, mountain lions and other desert dwellers are rare, it is important to be aware of your surroundings and to keep a safe distance from these creatures when spotted. Additionally, the desert is dotted with sharp cacti and other spiky plants. For your safety, always supervise children, pets, ESAs, and service animals while outdoors. Dogs should remain on a leash at all times and be watched closely while outdoors, as they can wander into potentially unsafe situations with wildlife or plants. By booking this property, guests acknowledge the potential for wildlife encounters and assume responsibility for their safety and the safety of their group. By respecting the local environment and staying aware, you can fully enjoy the magic of the desert.

-Security Camera-
For your security, there is one Ring floodlight camera at the front of the house. There are no cameras inside the home.

-Cats-
We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. We appreciate your understanding!

-Commercial Photography-
We allow commercial photography and video for an additional cost. Please let us know if you plan to use the space for this.

-Check-in and Check-out-
Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability and our cleaning schedule.

-Late Check-out-
Any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee for the first hour, with an additional $100 charged for every hour thereafter.

-Check-out Tasks-
Before you leave, please wash any dirty dishes or load and start the dishwasher, place used towels on the bathroom floor, leave used beds unmade, turn off all lights, check for personal items, and lock all doors and windows. No other cleaning or trash removal is required unless noted elsewhere in this listing.

-Lost and Found-
Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address.

-Quiet Hours-
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep voices and music at a respectful level outdoors at all times, and turn off all music, including portable and vehicle audio, during quiet hours. Guests are responsible for any noise fines, and a minimum $1000 fine applies to any noise citation.

-Smoking-
Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, vapes and cannabis, is not permitted inside the home. Outdoor smoking must be at least 20 feet from doors and windows, and all smoking materials must be fully put out and thrown away. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in smoke-removal charges and a $1000 fee.

-Visitors-
Only guests listed on the reservation may stay at or visit the property unless we approve it in advance, and the total number of people on the property may not exceed the listing's maximum occupancy. Please message us before inviting any visitors.

-Parking-
Please park only in the driveway or other designated parking areas on the property. Street parking is not permitted and may result in fines.

-Restricted Areas-
Any locked closet, room or storage area on the property is reserved for rental supplies and is off limits to guests. Guests may be held responsible for damage or missing items if a locked area is entered.

-Cell Service-
Cell phone coverage is available at the property, though reception can vary by carrier.

-Damage Waiver Policy-
Each reservation requires either a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
