As guests, you can enjoy full access to the entire home. Only registered guests are allowed unless specifically agreed upon during the booking process. This is a remote location down dirt roads, so please take it slow. While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive car is not, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain. ◎ POOL AND HOT TUB HEATING: Your rental includes heating for the in-ground pool in May and September. The hot tub is always free to heat. However, during the cooler months, there are extra charges for pool heating. If you want the pool heated during these months, please let us know before you arrive. ◎ Extra Charges for Pool Heating: ✓ May–Sept: Complimentary ✓ October and April: $200 per night ✓ November, December, March: $300 per night ✓ January and February: $300 per night ✓ Hot tub always included No jumping, diving, running or rough play near the pool and hot tub area. No glass can be around the pool and hot tub, there are plastic cups in the kitchen to be used outside. Please mind the quiet hours (no loud noises after 10pm). No intoxicated persons may use the pool or hot tub. NO LIFEGUARD WILL BE ON DUTY - YOU SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. ◎ EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Are not permitted. ◎ PETS: This home is a pet free environment and pets are not permitted. ◎ CELL SERVICE: Cell phone service availability and quality in the high desert varies by service provider.
