The desert is home to a variety of creatures, including mice and other wildlife. Use caution and do not touch or approach any animals. Avoid leaving food outside, including residue in grills or fire pits, secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed to prevent wildlife from entering the home.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.
Wander Joshua Tree Terra is a single level home.
This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule of 5 guests. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.
This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.
Visitor Policy
The number of guests at the home may not exceed the number listed on the reservation. Visitors who are not on the reservation are not permitted without prior approval from Concierge. If you need to request additional guests, please reach out in advance. There is a $25 per night fee for each guest over four to cover extra cleaning and amenity usage.
Property Maintenance
Property management vendors may need brief access to outdoor areas during your stay. This can include landscaping, propane delivery, routine maintenance, trash removal, repairs, or general inspections of the premises. Access is typically quick and does not require entry into the home. Concierge will notify you if any additional coordination is needed.
Propane Tanks
The home is stocked with propane tanks for the grill and fire pit, but levels are not monitored. If a tank runs out during your stay, you may purchase a replacement at the nearby gas stations down the street.
