The desert is home to a variety of amazing creatures, including squirrels, rabbits, coyotes, snakes, spiders, insects, and other wildlife. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. Use caution and do not touch wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. During this time, we kindly ask all guests to avoid loud conversations, turn off music, or any noise that may carry outside, including through open windows.

Please note that any city-issued fines (which usually range from $2,000 to $10,000) due to noise violations will be the guest’s responsibility. Repeated complaints or involvement from local authorities may result in immediate removal without a refund.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

With advanced notice and team approval, you may invite up to 2 outside vendors to perform services at the property.

TThe pool is available year-round. Pool heating is available at an additional fee of $250 per day, with a two-day minimum.

Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay. Heating can take time to reach temperature, so we recommend planning accordingly.

Once the heating process has started, the fee is non-refundable.
