• Please be advised that during the IRONMAN World Championship in October 2026 (race day: October 10), there will be significant road closures and traffic delays throughout the Kona and Kohala areas. These closures may impact driving routes and travel times during your stay. Detours and traffic control measures will be in place to accommodate the event. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and recommend planning your travel accordingly.
• The Beach Tree Pool at Hualālai will be temporarily closed September 8–November 15 for repairs and enhancements. Beach Tree Restaurant will remain open for lunch and dinner, with continued beachfront food and beverage service available during the project. Guests who have purchased access to the Hualālai Resort amenities package may continue to enjoy Hualālai’s seven other swimming facilities during the closure. Guests may also enjoy the shoreline area with their own beach chair from the unit.
