That's right, Come On In! It's the perfect place to relax before you head out to explore. We're excited you chose to stay in Kanab, the Greatest Earth on Show. Pour yourself a cup of coffee, chill your bottle of bubbly in the wine fridge for later, or add a splash of Torani to your favorite soda to create your own special drink. Just unwind.
Spend time in the backyard grilling, reading a book, snoozing in the hammock, or playing some games. As night falls, be sure to gather round the fire pit to share your favorite moments of the day. Don't forget to push back those antigravity chairs and enjoy a few quiet minutes gazing up at the stars in the dark night sky.
Ready to eat? You'll find the kitchen cupboards hold all the basic household items you may need, including a blender, toaster, crock pot, baking dish, cookie sheet, pots, pans, waffle iron, hand mixer, round and square pans, griddle, electric frying pan and pizza pan. There are even unbreakable cups, plates, and bowls for the kids along with a highchair.
Use the washer and dryer to travel home with clean clothes - laundry pods provided.

La Estancia is just minutes away from the charming and historic Kanab center, with its award-winning restaurants and shops. Our guests can hike, bike and walk directly to everything the town has to offer. Hwy 89 is less than a mile away providing access to our world-renowned national parks and recreational areas surrounding Kanab.
Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.
Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.
Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date.
It's important to note that there are VERY strict CC&R's established in the La Estancia neighborhood. For EACH day any of the rules are broken, you will be FINED anywhere from $100 to $500, depending on the rule.
