Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places. Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away. Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date. For EACH day any of the rules are broken, you will be FINED anywhere from $100 to $500, depending on the rule. Rules for La Estancia Community: - There is NO parking on the street whatsoever! You're welcome to park your vehicles in the driveway or in the garage. - If you bring ATV’s, they CANNOT be parked in the driveway and MUST be parked in the garage. - Absolutely NO parties or events are to be held in any of the houses. - Tenants may NOT invite outside guests (friends or relatives not staying in the home) to use the common area facilities. - Please be respectful of the neighbors who live in the community. Please make sure to put the pool key back in its original place once you are done using it. If you lose the pool key it is a <b>$250 FEE</b> to replace it.
