The villa is located in a newly developed neighborhood, and there is ongoing construction in the area, including on the lot immediately east of Jasmine Villa. As a result, you may experience construction-related noise during your stay.

Once you book your stay, you’ll receive my direct phone number. We’ll ask for your email address, phone number, and home mailing address so we can send a hard copy of access information about a month before your arrival.

On your arrival day, please text or call our home manager, Evan Price. He will meet you at the villa to provide a personal tour and orientation, including:

Operating the pool robot and auto-cover

Lighting the BBQ and fire pit

Connecting your phone to the speaker system via AirPlay

Using Alexa voice commands for lighting and convenience

Cancellation Policy:
There is a $450 cancellation fee for all cancellations.
If you cancel 60 days or more before arrival, you will receive a full refund of the rental amount, minus the $450 cancellation fee.
