Seclusion Bay Resort is located just outside West Kelowna towards Peachland on Lake Okanagan in beautiful British Columbia, Canada. Situated on 14 wooded acres and stretching along 1200 feet of private waterfront including a marina with available boat slips and a boat launch on site. The view from our location is spectacular and there are no neighbouring properties outside the resort!
We have just taken over the management of 8 properties that are newly listed and open for booking. There is a total sleeping capacity of 52 people and It's no more than 500 feet between all of these properties door to door! Please inquire directly to multiple properties at once.
If you are looking for privacy and relaxation look no further as this cabin (#10) has it all.
The lake and beach are steps from the door and the views are spectacular. Outdoor summer living at its finest!
The property is fully furnished with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. There is a Queen bed in the master, a Twin over Double bunk in the second bedroom as well as a Queen sofa bed in the living area. With that it can accommodate 7 guests.
It also features a fully equipped kitchen, 42" TV, free Wi-Fi, drip style coffee maker, BBQ with complimentary propane and one parking spot per unit.
We are immersed in nature and at the centre of all the Okanagan has to offer.
Other amenities include an activity centre with books, boardgames and table tennis as well as two outdoor children’s play areas, grassy volleyball/badminton area, roped off swim area with docks to lounge on, coin laundry, a private boat launch and a marina with weekly rental slips.
Parking
Room for 1 large vehicle or potentially 2 smaller vehicles directly behind the cabin. Overflow parking is first come first serve.
Boat Launch & Marina
The boat launch can accommodate trailers/boats up to 11' 5" feet wide.
Boat slips can be reserved in advance and rented nightly for $60/night
Camp Fires
Propane fire pits are permitted. You are welcome to bring your own or they can be rented from the resort along with propane.
Wildlife
Please note that the resort is nestled in a beautiful natural setting, which means wildlife encounters are possible during your stay. Guests may encounter local animals such as eagles, cougars, coyotes, marmots, deer, and geese in the area.
