The space
This bright and welcoming contemporary farmhouse designed main house boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, a detached guest house with 1 bedroom, cozy sitting area and 1 full bath, and a detached pool house with a sleeper couch, separate kitchen and full bathroom provides ample space and comfort for the perfect vacation. The layout with its distinct spaces is ideal for a family-friendly group or an adults-only getaway.
The heart of this retreat is its expansive contemporary kitchen, fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and a central island with counter seating. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area showcasing a beautiful slab dining table, large windows open up to a wrap-around deck, Adirondack-style rocking chairs, offering views of the surrounding landscape and a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.
Entertainment is abundant at the pool house, which features a foosball table, a wet bar, additional seating areas, a full kitchen, and another full bathroom. Outside, the pool and patio area beckon with a large sparkling pool equipped with a child safety cover, comfortable lounge chairs for relaxation, a refreshing outdoor shower, and a shaded outdoor dining area ideal for gourmet al fresco meals.
