This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

Please note that many homes in this climate are built without air conditioning, including this property. Guests may wish to keep windows open for airflow or plan for cooler times of day to stay comfortable.

Quiet hours are from 7 AM to 10 PM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

No Events & Parties
Events and parties are not permitted. If law enforcement is called due to disturbances at the property, a minimum $250 charge will be applied to the credit card on file per incident, with risk of immediate eviction.

Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Early check-in is only possible if the home is cleaned and ready, and must be approved in advance through Wander Concierge.

Minimum Age
The minimum age to book this property is 25.

Parking & Garage Rules
Parking is not allowed in front of the far right garage door or on the street.

The garage door must remain closed at all times when not in use. Leaving it open may cause frozen or burst pipes in the home or garage. Guests are fully responsible for any resulting damage.

Hot Tub
Guests assume all safety risks when using the hot tub.

Ski Boots
Ski boots are not permitted inside the home.

The minimum age to book this home is 25 years old.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.
