Situated in the Windswept villas, it has direct ocean views from both balconies, and is just a short walk to the Sanctuary resort, Night Heron Park, and the Nature Center. For those looking to explore the Lowcountry, Kiawah Island is just a 45 minute drive to historic Charleston.
This ELEVATED first-floor condo offers scenic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the nature that surrounds Kiawah. It welcomes all guests with thoughtfully designed modern and comfortable decor and furnishings. The spacious living room offers ample seating to relax and has immediate access to a large, covered sun porch with ocean views and an outdoor dining table for four guests. The living room has been updated with a new comfortable chaise couch, new paint, and shiplap, and a new 65'' TV, that lets you take in the ocean view and watch a movie at the same time. The beautifully renovated kitchen with a modern backsplash opens to the dining and living areas, making it a fun spot to entertain and enjoy company. There is ample cookware, and counter space to prepare meals be it for a small family meal or an elaborate Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner. There are 4 bar stools at the extended kitchen counter for dining.
The master bedroom (Bedroom #1) features a king bed, flat-screen TV and access to the second balcony with chairs for lounging that is oceanfront. This room has an upgraded, private bathroom with large standing shower and dual vanity. The second bedroom (Bedroom #2) contains a king bed and a bathroom with bathtub/shower combination. Both bedrooms and bathrooms have been decorated with Serena and Lily wallpapers, fresh paint, wall mounted televisions, allowing every member of the party to enjoy their private space and unwind. A second private indoor patio space leads off the second bedroom, complete with patio table and chairs, that could be a play nook, place to put your feet up, indulge in a good book, play cards, and board games.
Another advantage to being on the elevated first floor, is the convenience of not having neighbors/guests downstairs, allowing guests with kids to play and romp with greater independence without the chances of creating nuisance to downstairs guests.
