Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Vanderhorst Plantation, this property is surrounded by the natural beauty that Kiawah has to offer. This 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home has amazing pool and golf course views extending across the 9th fairway of the Turtle Point golf course. The spacious home boasts over 4,000 square feet and has a gorgeous back deck with private pool, multiple seating areas, and gas grill.
The home highlights a spacious floor plan that is bright and airy. The rooms flow easily from one room to the next. The main living room offers a comfortable space to relax, and enjoy the TV or each other's company. There is a second living room, right off the kitchen and main living room, which make it perfect for multiple families/friends to spread out. The expansive kitchen features stainless steel and beautiful granite countertops. There is plenty of counter space and cabinets which make it easy to prepare a delicious meal. There are ample spaces to sit down together for a meal. There are four kitchen barstools, an eat-in kitchen table that seats 6 guests, and the formal dining area, just off the butler door, which seats 10 guests.
Located on the main level of the home are two bedrooms, and two bathroom. The first bedroom is the master suite with a king bed and large bathroom. The master bedroom has a TV, and deck access to the pool area. The master bath features a double vanity, enclosed toilet room, jacuzzi soaking bathtub, and separate shower with dual shower heads, including a rainshower. The second bedroom, with a queen bed, also on the first level and has a private bathroom with a shower only.
On the second level of the home there are the remaining three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a King bedroom with a TV, and en-suite bathroom with a shower only. It accesses the second floor balcony overlooking the pool and golf course. The second bedroom has two twin beds, with a private bath with a shower/tub combination. It also accesses the balcony. And the last bedroom has two full-size beds, a TV, balcony access, and has a private bathroom with a shower only. The home is spacious, yet comfortable and private, to make each guest feel at home.
Family and friends are sure to want to spend hours on the lovely deck and private pool. It makes for perfect evening chats, outside dining, or simply to enjoy the amazing nature surrounding the home.
