This 3 bedroom home with a guest cottage (4 BR House!!) is on a large corner lot in the desirable Vanderhorst Plantation. Custom landscaping and architecture make this the ultimate island destination.
Featuring custom built-ins, 10 foot ceilings, oak flooring, and walls of windows, the living room is certain to be the central gathering place for friends and family. This space opens onto the covered deck and screened porch overlooking the pool. The gourmet kitchen is beautifully appointed with granite countertops, oak cabinetry, glass tile backsplash, and large island. Professional Series GE appliances, including a side-by-side cabinet front refrigerator, warming drawer, and Dacor gas cooktop, are sure to inspire a delightful creation.
The king master suite, located on the first floor has access the large deck. The adjoining master bathroom offers his and her Carrara marble sinks, an separate dressing vanity, large soaking tub, and walk-in glass shower. This room is sure to pamper and rejuvenate.
There are two additional bedrooms upstairs. One guest bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has one set of bunk beds, and one queen bed, perfect for the extended family. This level also includes a den and laundry room. Accessible from the back porch is the cozy guest cottage with a queen bed, TV, sitting area, and en-suite bathroom.
The highlight of your vacation will be time spent outdoors. The large private pool with hot tub and deck were designed for enjoyment with space to cook-out, sunbathe, and dine. Ten miles of white sandy beaches are only a short bike ride away. World class golf courses and tennis centers are nearby, as well as a multitude of water sports and fishing.
The beauty of Kiawah Island and quality time with family and friends are easily appreciated in this island retreat!
