Experience the epitome of peace at this classically coastal seven bedroom home on Kiawah Island - the exclusive beach and golf resort offering unmatched privacy to enjoy your island vacation. Tucked away amongst the palms, this home will check every box that you could imagine. Steps to our pristine sandy beaches? Check. A private saltwater pool along with your own backyard oasis? Check. Room for the entire family and some to spare? Modern furnishings & appliances with a southern, coastal style? Check, check, check.
Upon arriving you'll be greeted by an expansive southern-style porch lined with rocking chairs, perfect to sit out and enjoy the coastal breeze. Inside on the main floor, you'll find the main living area, dining room, and kitchen. All beautifully furnished with a modern, coastal motif and filled with natural light. The expansive living and kitchen space on the main floor sets the tone for a comfortable yet intimate feel. The kitchen is well-equipped so you can cook to your heart's content. Speaking of eating, you'll notice there is no shortage of room for dining as the kitchen offers five countertop seats at the bar, while the main dining room includes seating for ten. There's even an additional breakfast table with seating for six more!
The bright and airy first floor primary suite offers a king bed with private access to the porch and a beautiful en-suite bathroom. Two more bedrooms can also be found in an apartment-style space setting over the garage, which can be accessed through the screened porch on the first floor, just up a few steps. These two bedrooms house two twin beds and one king bed, both of which share a full bathroom and small sitting room. (For convenience, the chair in this sitting room does pull out to an additional twin bed.)
Moving to the second level of the home are three more bedrooms - all king suites with private bathrooms (and two with balcony access!). There is also a second living space with TV and wet bar on this level for added entertainment.
A third floor addition gives a living room, desk area, break space, and the final bedroom which has four twin beds and a private bathroom.
Perhaps the most special part about this home are the many outdoor places to relax, including the screened-porch, the pool deck, or any spots on the wrap-around porches, including rows of rocking chairs for morning coffee or the swing bed for late afternoon nap. And for outdoor entertainment, we'd be remiss not to mention the private saltwater pool, a keystone feature of this impressive home and perfect for those lazy days after some time on the beach. There is also a hot tub that can be heated for a daily fee!
With enviable proximity to Kiawah's finest amenities, you'll discover why Eugenia Avenue is one of the most sought-after locations on Kiawah Island. You are both a stone's throw from the beach as well as the Cougar Point Golf Course. You can drive to renowned restaurants within the resort in minutes as well as the shopping and dining of Freshfields Village. Craving history, European architecture, world class shopping, or just an evening in the city? Historic Downtown Charleston is an easy and scenic twenty five minute ride away. This home offers everything required of a meaningful, unforgettable coastal escape. We hope to host you soon!
