You can also head down to the boat dock and relax in the kid friendly depths of water that start as shallow as 2 feet and work up to 6 feet at the slides.

Don't waste your precious time driving back and forth from other properties located 15 minutes from town, Waterhouse at Lake LBJ Residence III is located on the Llano Arm of Lake LBJ and is in a prime location on the 6,500+ acre constant level lake with quick access to all that Kingsland has to offer. You can walk, boat, or paddleboard to Boat Town, have quick access to HEB, and are a quick boat ride to the sandbar, boat ramp and Wakepoint.

LARGE GROUPS: Are you looking for additional space for larger groups? Inquire with us about booking one of the two sister properties to this house. In total, we can accommodate up to 59 guests between all three properties. We offer discounts for multiple property bookings.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% refund for all cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of check-in date. 50% refund for cancellations made between 14 and 30 days prior to check-in. No refund if cancellation is made less than 14 days in advance. In the event a cancellation is made less than 14 days in advance, we will do our best to book you at a later date using your funds as a credit. Dates are subject to availability.
