Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

Minimum Age Requirement
The minimum age to book is 25 years old.

Additional Services
These can be arranged to enhance your stay, including a private chef, in-house massage, transportation, boat rental with captain, and mid-stay housekeeping. Please reach out to the Concierge team if you are interested in arranging any of these options.

Guest & Visitor Policy
For safety and compliance, the home is limited to a maximum of 14 registered overnight guests. Day visitors are limited to up to 5 people. Any additional day visitors or overnight guests must be approved in advance by Horseshoe Bay Living.

Guests are responsible for ensuring all visitors follow the house rules. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted, and any small gatherings must comply with noise and neighborhood guidelines. The homeowner or authorized service providers may access the property for repairs or inspections as needed, with advance notice when possible.
