Enchanted Estate is a 9-bedroom Solara home for families who want themed kids’ rooms, a private theater, and multiple places to play without leaving the house. It sleeps up to 20 guests, with five king suites, an additional king bedroom, a room with two full beds, and two themed kids’ rooms.

Princess and video game-themed bedrooms set the tone, followed by a 10-seat theater with a 100-inch television and a game room that gives kids and teens plenty to do between park days.

For younger guests, the home’s strongest moments are the princess room and video game room. Each themed bedroom gives families a clearly differentiated kid-focused space without relying on generic vacation language.

Outside, the screened pool area includes a private pool, spillover spa, extended patio, child safety pool fence, outdoor bathroom, patio dining for 12, five deck loungers, foosball table, and Giant Connect Four.

Mealtimes work easily for large groups, with a dining table for 14 and five additional seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dinnerware, glassware, and utensils. The living area has an L-shaped sofa, two accent chairs, smart TV, patio and pool access, and a nearby gaming area with five bar stools.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Sleeping arrangements include a ground-floor king suite, multiple second-floor king suites, a bedroom with two full beds, and two themed kids’ rooms with twin-bed configurations. The setup works well for multi-family groups that need both adult bedrooms and kid-forward sleeping spaces.

• Each single-family home receives 3 complimentary parking passes, with any additional vehicles subject to a $25/vehicle fee per stay.
