Winter Wonderland is a 9-bedroom Solara home for families who want themed kids’ rooms, a private theater, and an expanded pool patio for downtime between park days. It sleeps up to 20 guests across king bedrooms, a room with two full beds, and two themed kids’ rooms.

A princess room, a space-themed room, a 10-seat theater with a 100-inch television, game room, screened pool, spa, and patio games give the home a strong indoor-outdoor entertainment setup.

Themed Kids’ Rooms
Two themed kids’ rooms add the main personality: one princess room and one space-themed room. Twin-bed configurations make the layout easy to use for families traveling with several kids.

Home Theater & Game Room
Movie nights have a dedicated theater with 10 recliner seats and a 100-inch television. The game room adds two arcade video games, flat-screen TVs, a children’s jungle gym, karaoke system, and lounge seating.

Pool & Patio
Outside, the screened pool area includes a private pool, spillover spa, extended patio, child safety pool fence, outdoor bathroom, patio dining for 12, five deck loungers, foosball table, and Giant Connect Four.

Kitchen, Dining & Living
Group dining is supported by a table for 14 and five additional seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dinnerware, glassware, and utensils. The living room includes a large L-shaped sofa, two accent chairs, a smart TV, coffee table, and patio/pool access.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Sleeping arrangements include one ground-floor king suite, five upstairs king bedrooms/suites, one bedroom with two full beds, and two themed kids’ rooms. This setup is built for families traveling together who need adult bedroom space plus kid-friendly sleeping areas.

• If extra parking is needed, there are designated street parking spots throughout Solara (marked by white lines), available on a first-come, first-served basis. Towing is strictly enforced.
• Each single-family home receives 3 complimentary parking passes, with any additional vehicles subject to a $25/vehicle fee per stay.
• All guests have access to the Solara clubhouse, FlowRider, splash parks, fitness center, and on-site dining.
