Whimsical Wonderland is a 9-bedroom Solara home built for families who want themed kids’ rooms and a deep entertainment setup between park days. It sleeps up to 20 guests and includes a mix of king bedrooms, a full-bed room, and two themed kids’ rooms.

Treehouse and superhero-themed kids’ rooms give the home its personality, while a 10-seat theater with a 100-inch television, arcade room, ping pong/Scrabble area, and screened pool patio with spa round out the entertainment lineup.

Themed Kids’ Rooms
For families traveling with several children, the treehouse and superhero-themed rooms create the strongest kid-facing hook. Twin-bed configurations make these rooms practical as well as memorable.

Theater & Arcade Room
Movie nights have a dedicated theater with 10 recliner seats and a 100-inch television. The arcade room adds two arcade video games, flat-screen TVs, a children’s jungle gym, karaoke system, and lounge seating. A separate ping pong/Scrabble area adds another easy activity zone.

Pool & Patio
Outside, the screened pool area includes a private pool, spillover spa, child safety pool fence, outdoor bathroom, patio dining for 12, and five deck loungers.

Kitchen, Dining & Living
Group meals are supported by a dining table for 14 and five additional seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dinnerware, glassware, and utensils. The living area includes an L-shaped sofa, two accent chairs, smart TV, coffee table, and patio/pool access.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Sleeping spaces include a ground-floor king suite, multiple upstairs king rooms/suites, one room with two full beds, and two themed kids’ bedrooms. Adults get private bedrooms while kids stay close to the home’s main entertainment spaces.

• A max of 2 standard sized cars can be parked in the driveway.
• If extra parking is needed, there are designated street parking spots throughout Solara (marked by white lines), available on a first-come, first-served basis. Towing is strictly enforced.
• Each single-family home receives 3 complimentary parking passes, with any additional vehicles subject to a $25/vehicle fee per stay.
• All guests have access to the Solara clubhouse, FlowRider, splash parks, fitness center, and on-site dining.
