Welcome to a special vacation home in Storey Lake Resort! This home has everything you need for a great holiday.

The resort is in a perfect spot. Strategically located at the intersection of W. Osceola Pkwy. and FL535, you're at the gateway to Florida's wonders. This means you can easily get to places like shopping centers, restaurants, and famous theme parks. This property offers access to exceptional facilities: a modern clubhouse with a business center, kitchen, fitness center, and spa; a lazy river; a swimming pool with water slides and a splash park; plus a restaurant & bar, playground, sports courts, kayaking, and mini-golf.

Accommodating up to 14 guests, this 5-bedroom home features on the first floor two bedrooms: one with a queen-sized bed and another with a Transformers theme, complete with a Twin-over-Full bunk bed and a trundle. Next to the bedrooms, a fully equipped laundry. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are all combined in one big space. You can cook, eat, and relax here. There's also a private pool outside in a covered area.

Upstairs, there's a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and its own bathroom. There are two more bedrooms – one is decorated with Avengers and has two full-sized beds. The last bedroom is all about Mickey and Minnie Mouse and has a king-sized bed. There's another shared bathroom on this floor.

This property is professionally cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. All high-touch surfaces are disinfected, and the unit is stocked with new essentials for your arrival. Bathrooms and kitchen surfaces are thoroughly cleaned with professional-grade disinfectant, and all linens are washed with bleach and soap at high temperatures. Our cleaning team wears gloves and masks during the entire cleaning process, ensuring a safe environment for your stay.

• We charge a refundable damage deposit of $200. This will be processed 2 days prior to your check-in date. The deposit will be fully refunded to you within 3 business days after your checkout, provided there are no damages or violations during your stay.

3. Local Transportation Services: if you prefer to explore the surrounding area or visit nearby attractions without driving, there are several transportation options available:

• Taxis: Local taxi services are readily available and can be hailed or called for pick-up. You can ask our staff for recommendations or contact the resort's front desk for assistance in arranging taxi services.
• Rideshare Apps: Popular rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft operate in the area, providing a convenient and affordable transportation option. Simply download the app on your smartphone, set your pickup location, and request a ride to your desired destination.
• Public Transportation: The public transportation options in the area may vary. We recommend checking with the resort's front desk or conducting a quick online search to find out about bus routes, schedules, and fares, if available.

1. Rental Cars:
   If you didn't bring your own vehicle and prefer the convenience of having a car at your disposal, there are several car rental agencies located nearby. You can arrange for a rental car prior to your arrival or inquire us for assistance in finding a suitable rental service.

Looking to enhance your stay? We offer BBQ grills, pool heaters, jacuzzi heaters, baby cribs, high chairs, strollers, rollaway beds, and Pack ’n Plays for your convenience. These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you!

✦ What We Provide:
Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.

✦ Pet Policy:
We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.

✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.
