Magic Village Resorts has a clubhouse offering personalized concierge services, fitness center and kids room, and a magnificent resort-style swimming pool. Outdoor recreation includes: a beach volleyball and tennis courts. Guests can also enjoy a coffee at the The Bridge Coffeeshop or have a delicious dinner at the Meeting Point Restaurant.

Casual atmosphere, open spaces, clean lines, and neutral colors combine to create an intimate modern vacation home. The ground floor features a spacious open-plan which consists of a flawless gourmet style kitchen with isle, full-equipped and state-of-the-art appliances, and, facing the front street, the cozy and sunny dining space. The sitting area leads to the private lanai which overlooks an open private courtyard w modern outdoor furniture. A half-bath and the laundry room with washer/dryer are located in the hallway next to the main entrance door.

Throughout the property the simple, elegant, and minimalistic décor maximizes all the ambience. The Skyline Suite is accessed from the living room and has a KingSize bed and an en-suite bathroom with glass enclosure shower box.

Upstairs there are three other suites. The Suite Dreams Master bedroom consists of a KingSize bed, a Full Size Sofa bed, a desk, an en-suite bathroom with glass enclosure shower box and a walk-in closet. The Time to Unwind Suite consist of two TwinSize beds, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The Time Stands Still Suite features two TwinSize beds, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with glass enclosure shower box.

You’ll have full, private access to the entire Townhouse during your stay. That includes all 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.

We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.

Observations about Magic Village Resort use policies by Homeowner Association :

• This resort does not allow Pets
  ** The use of resort amenities requires the payment of a daily fee, made directly to the Magic Village Clubhouse. Access to the Clubhouse amenities, including the pools, recreational areas, and fitness center, is available for a fee of $100.00 per home, per day of use, paid directly at Magic Village Resort. Access to the on-site restaurant and concierge services is included at no additional cost. Please note that access to amenities is controlled by an electronic card and only granted upon payment of the daily fee, which provides full access for all registered guests in the home for that day.

We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.

1. Private Vehicle:
   If you have your own vehicle, Magic Village (Views) Resort provides ample parking spaces for guests. Simply follow the signs within the resort to locate your designated parking area. Please ensure that you adhere to any parking regulations to avoid any inconvenience.

2. Resort Amenities:
   Within Magic Village (Views) Resort, you'll find various amenities such as swimming pools, fitness centers, and recreational areas. These facilities are typically within walking distance from our vacation home. Please refer to the resort map or inquire at the resort's front desk for specific locations and operating hours.

3. Local Transportation Services: if you prefer to explore the surrounding area or visit nearby attractions without driving, there are several transportation options available:

• Taxis: Local taxi services are readily available and can be hailed or called for pick-up. You can ask our staff for recommendations or contact the resort's front desk for assistance in arranging taxi services.
• Rideshare Apps: Popular rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft operate in the area, providing a convenient and affordable transportation option. Simply download the app on your smartphone, set your pickup location, and request a ride to your desired destination.
• Public Transportation: The public transportation options in the area may vary. We recommend checking with the resort's front desk or conducting a quick online search to find out about bus routes, schedules, and fares, if available.

1. Rental Cars:
   If you didn't bring your own vehicle and prefer the convenience of having a car at your disposal, there are several car rental agencies located nearby. You can arrange for a rental car prior to your arrival or inquire us for assistance in finding a suitable rental service.

Looking to enhance your stay? We offer BBQ grills, pool heaters, jacuzzi heaters, baby cribs, high chairs, strollers, rollaway beds, and Pack ’n Plays for your convenience. These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you!

✦ What We Provide:
Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.

✦ Pet Policy:
We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.

✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit of $200 will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.

✦ Age requirement:
You must be at least 21 years old to book with us.
