Main level: living room with real wood burning fireplace and 65'' smart TV, HD cable service, all house including pool house has a Wi-Fi, dining area with table that seats up to 20 people, kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Lower level: 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, Game room with pool table and Ping pong table.

I stayed at Eugene's place for an end of summer getaway with my extended family. Just sitting on the deck overlooking the pond was so relaxing, we couldn't get enough of it! We also enjoyed the beautiful pool and convenient pool house, which allowed us to be at the pool for more hours. The house itself is wonderfully set up for a group like ours - there are 3 separate areas with 3 bedrooms each along with a bathroom, which allowed for maximum privacy as needed. the spacious living room/lounge area was big enough for when we were all together as a group. Overall, this beautiful property was just right for giving us a breath of fresh air away from our busy lives in the city. We would most definitely want to stay again!

Had my joint bachelor party here for the weekend and overall it went great! There were 20 of us and there were enough beds that some people didn’t even need to share. The rooms are spacious, having the 2 floors really helped spread out the groups. Boys were mainly downstairs in the game room area while girls were upstairs in the living room/kitchen. The bathrooms felt like enough for everyone and we spent plenty of time outside too! Good place for a big group. There were some things that occurred during the stay with the AC & fridge, but Eugene was super quick to response and very helpful. He let my bridesmaids check in early to surprise me + decorate the listing before I got there. We even had a private yoga instructor and outdoor hibachi chef come. Overall a good stay - the pool was closed, unfortunately, but we still made use of the hot tub. House was prepped with stuff, but the floors could definitely be a bit cleaner. Other than that we would recommend for sure!
