With over 6000 sqft, this 5 bedroom home can comfortably sleep 10 guests, and is only 2 miles from Empire Polo Grounds, where the Coachella festival is located. Outside, you have a beautifully landscaped, private acre with a resort style pool, complete with separate palm island, raised steps spa, and rock waterfall. Very few homes have a pool like this! 4 chaise lounges surround the pool, plus two benches and a cabana. The large lawn continues behind the pool, with citrus trees and plenty of palms lining the home. There is also a gazebo perched above the lawn, if you need a quiet place to watch the sunset or enjoy your morning coffee. The spacious outdoor patio is the perfect spot for entertaining with ample seating, putting green, and fire pit. There is a breakfast table in the kitchen that seats 4. The media room features 4 theater recliners, plus flatscreen TV, access to the water garden, and shares a fireplace with the adjacent great room, with another TV, more seating, and a wet bar. The Master Suite has a King bed, separate sitting area, flatscreen TV, fireplace, and separate his and hers en suite bathrooms. Each bathroom has a closet, separate soaking tub, tiled shower, and sink. Suite 2 is the separate casita, and has 2 Queen beds, flatscreen TV, kitchenette, and private front entrance off the long driveway. The kitchenette has a dishwasher, fridge, sink, and microwave.
