Entering through the private courtyard, you will have complete privacy from the outside world complete with a 6 burner BBQ center, lush landscaping, a tranquil water feature, with outdoor dining and intimate sitting areas.

Spend the afternoons relaxing by the tranquil swimming pool with built-in tanning shelf for lounging, or take a break from the sun under the covered patio. Watch the sun set over the sprawling fairway and lake while curled up next to the outdoor fireplace, or take a much needed soak in the jetted spa.

Suites 3 and 4 are located inside the main home at the opposite side of the house as the Master bedroom. They each feature Queen beds, private en-suite bathrooms and each room has French doors that lead to the private front courtyard.

Up the sweeping staircase lies the hidden gem of the house. A private loft with a Queen gel-mattress sleeper sofa and intimate sitting area equipped with gas fireplace works as a flexible space whether youre looking for some quiet time to relax, or if you need additional sleeping space for guests. Through the French doors lies the second story balcony that overlooks the front courtyard and is also equipped with a gas fire pit table and cushioned seating options.
