Wander Lake Buchanan

The area is home to a variety of wildlife and bugs, particularly midges, especially during the summertime. While they are largely harmless, they can be a nuisance in large swarms. This is a natural and seasonal occurrence, and while every effort is being made to minimize their presence—including regular check-ups and inspections from pest control services—it is ultimately part of the area’s natural ecosystem. Please keep windows and doors closed when possible and use insect repellent when spending extended time outdoors.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This home contains features that may be difficult for wheelchair-bound guests, including climbing stairs to navigate the property.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This Wander is located close to the lake, which is directly accessible via the backyard. The height of the lake may vary depending on the rain levels. Please approach the lake with caution and supervise children at all times.

The pool is open for heating year-round at an additional fee of $150 per day. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.
