Storey Lake Resort offers a full range of amenities including a state-of-the-art clubhouse with a fitness center, business center, kitchen, and day spa. The clubhouse features a lazy river, putting green, a playground, a splash park, a resort-style swimming pool, a tiki bar with a myriad of popular cold drinks and delicious snacks, and a beach volleyball court. There are also multiple sports courts to enjoy within the community. Strategically located in the Kissimmee area, it has easy access to major Florida highways, such as SR 535, I-4, and US 192. Guests can take advantage of its short distance to explore nearby shopping and dining options, many nature trails, conservation areas, and entertainment too! Including the famous parks: Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and much more!

This wonderful two-story single-family home combines stylish furnishing with modern architecture. This property is an ideal retreat for your family or group of friends. Comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests.
Entering the property guests can find access to the 1 Car Garage, the first bedroom with a queen size bed, and the ground floor shared full bathroom.

Continuing through, there is an elegant dining room that seats 8, a comfortable and cozy living room perfect for relaxing, and a stunning fully-equipped modern kitchen with an isle and pantry that is beautiful for entertaining. There is also an owner's closet and laundry room by the stairs. Nearing the back of the property, there is the patio with a private pool area and the second bedroom, which is an ensuite Master bedroom, fitted with a king-size bed, a full bathroom with double sinks, and personal access to the private pool area.

On the upper floor guests can find the remaining suite and bedrooms, and a loft with an open ceiling view to the living room down below. At the top of the stairs is said loft, overviewing the ground floor's living room, and fitted with plenty of comfortable sitting space and a large flat-screen TV for relaxing, entertaining, or enjoying a movie night amongst family or friends. The loft also has a billiards table for playing pool with your party.

Moving on to the bedrooms, the grand Master suite is nearing the back of the property, lavishly furnished with a KingSize bed and TV, walk-in-closet, and breathtaking ensuite bathroom fit with double-sinks, full bathtub, and a glass-enclosed shower. The other two bedrooms are nearing the front of the house. The first has a kids-themed decor with a Twin-over-Full + trundle bunk bed, and the second is an elegantly decorated room with two Twin-size beds. There are also two shared Full-bathrooms along the hallways of this floor.

You’ll have full, private access to the entire House during your stay. That includes all 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.

We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.

We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.

1. Private Vehicle:
   If you have your own vehicle, Storey Lake Resort provides ample parking spaces for guests. Simply follow the signs within the resort to locate your designated parking area. Please ensure that you adhere to any parking regulations to avoid any inconvenience.

   Within Storey Lake Resort, you'll find various amenities such as swimming pools, fitness centers, and recreational areas. These facilities are typically within walking distance from our vacation home. Please refer to the resort map or inquire at the resort's front desk for specific locations and operating hours.

3. Local Transportation Services: if you prefer to explore the surrounding area or visit nearby attractions without driving, there are several transportation options available:

• Taxis: Local taxi services are readily available and can be hailed or called for pick-up. You can ask our staff for recommendations or contact the resort's front desk for assistance in arranging taxi services.
• Rideshare Apps: Popular rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft operate in the area, providing a convenient and affordable transportation option. Simply download the app on your smartphone, set your pickup location, and request a ride to your desired destination.
• Public Transportation: The public transportation options in the area may vary. We recommend checking with the resort's front desk or conducting a quick online search to find out about bus routes, schedules, and fares, if available.

1. Rental Cars:
   If you didn't bring your own vehicle and prefer the convenience of having a car at your disposal, there are several car rental agencies located nearby. You can arrange for a rental car prior to your arrival or inquire us for assistance in finding a suitable rental service.

Looking to enhance your stay? We offer BBQ grills, pool heaters, jacuzzi heaters, baby cribs, high chairs, strollers, rollaway beds, and Pack ’n Plays for your convenience. These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you!

✦ What We Provide:
Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.

✦ Pet Policy:
We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.

✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.
