Welcome to the latest version of Lake Living! This new house features two houses next to each other, sleeping 22 guests. With 2 docks, 2 hot tubs, and a pool, this is the perfect gathering space for multi-generational families and weekend warriors looking for a getaway. Let's take a tour of your escape... LAKE LIVING I — Upon entering Lake Living, each guest is greeted with a large foyer open to both the dining room and one of the several living rooms. The dining room comfortably seats 8 and is perfect for gathering with family and friends to enjoy your meals. The main level features a living room, kitchen, eat-in area, family room, and laundry. Completing the first floor is one guest bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom in the hallway. The living room has a large, comfy sectional with a TV and spectacular views of Lake Norman through the wall of windows. Steps from the living room, you can find a fully stocked kitchen with a bar top and eat-in kitchen, seating 8 together, overlooking the magnificent views of Lake Norman. The whole group can gather here to entertain the chef while preparing meals for the group. The main level bedroom has a queen bed and is steps from the full bath and laundry room. The upper level is for sleeping! There are three bedrooms, including the primary bedroom. The primary includes a king bed with an attached bath, a large walk-in closet with laundry, access to a private balcony with fantastic lake views, and a separate sitting room! The sitting area has French doors for privacy and a sleeper sofa for two guests to rest their heads. The exquisite primary bath has a beautiful soaking tub, glass shower, and dual vanities. Two more queen bedrooms share a hall bath. The lower level has two living areas, one for the kids and one for adults! The lower level features a full kitchen for easy meals by the lake. One living area boasts a sleeper sofa, which sleeps 2, a bean bag, and a TV - the perfect spot for the kiddos. The other area has two couch options, a large TV, and access to the patio and outside. It is the ideal location to watch a game while sneaking into the kitchen for a drink and snack! Out on the patio is a grill for backyard barbecues. Many outdoor patios and balconies exist on the three different levels of Lake Living. All your guests can find the perfect lakeside escape for some quiet reading time or a nap if that suits your fancy. The hot tub seats 4 adults to bask in the warmth while viewing the lake and planning for your next day's adventures. Kayaks are provided for guests' use. LAKE LIVING II — This house features three bedrooms and 4.5 baths, plus plenty of gathering spaces for all to enjoy! The main level walks into the living room with 2 sofas and a couple oversized chairs for guests to enjoy the lake or catch the games on the TV. Off the living room is an updated, fully stocked kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A counter bar is perfect for hanging while the chef prepares the meals with seating for 5. The primary bedroom is on the main level with a king bed, a large walk-in closet, and an attached bath. The bath has a jetted tub & separate shower with dual vanities. The upper level of Lake Living II is perfect for sleeping. There are two bedrooms and two full baths. There is a bedroom with 2 queen beds sleeping 4 and another bedroom with a king bed. The king bedroom has a large walk-in closet with a futon if you want the kiddos nearby. As you make your way downstairs in Lake Living II, there is another kitchen and living area with couches and an air hockey table. The kitchen has sliders to the pool deck, and grilling makes meals here a breeze! AvantStay provides a personalized hospitality experience to elevate your stay. Local Attractions: Lake Norman State Park, Jetton Park, Birkdale Village, Queens Landing, Lazy 5 Ranch, NASCAR Racing Experience, Historic Latta Plantation, Davidson College, Water Sports, Golf Courses *Home Truths:* - This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet. - The fireplaces are not available for guest use. - The house has 2 kayaks & 3 paddle boards for guest use. - No events, group gatherings, or parties are allowed at any AvantStay property under any circumstances. - This home does not offer pool heat. - Due to natural fluctuations, we’re unable to provide specific water depth information at any given time. The majority of docks in this area are generally suitable for most average-sized pontoons and ski boats. However, since boat drafts can vary, guests are encouraged to refer to Lake Norman nautical charts, GPS systems, and depth maps—and rely on their own knowledge of their vessel’s specifications—to ensure safe navigation. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
