Lake Norman Shores

We stayed at Brian's house for Labor Day week and had an incredible time. It is exactly as advertised, with a lot of nice touches that enhance the experience (such as the projector for movie night). The garage is set up for basketball and pickleball, which is a really cool touch and helps a week go by in no time. Having stayed at a number of houses on the lake, I can say this was among the most functional docks we've had, which added another great element — being able to use that space. The kids loved the rope swing. The house sits well into The Point, so it feels far away from the hustle and bustle of the lake. (It does take about 10–15 minutes to drive to stores and restaurants.) Brian was very responsive. Anything we brought to his attention he jumped on immediately, no questions asked, which is all you can ask of a host. Great house, terrific location on the lake — we would absolutely stay again.

Everything about this home screams WOW! The incredibly tall ceilings and walls of glass showcased the lake view from every vantage point. The open concept living space and enormous kitchen was never crowded, even with 15 people in it. Anything a chef might want, this kitchen had! Everything a child (old or young) could dream of, this house had. Our kids played basketball in the pool and in the garage. They paddle boarded to the island across the lake. They swung from the rope, practiced their putting, and raced in the pool. My husband couldn’t get enough grilling… burgers, chicken, steak, bacon, eggs, pancakes…. So easy to feed the masses on the grill. We loved every minute together and are so thankful that Brian shared his home with our family.

The views @the home were unbelievable I’m a Charlotte native and it blew me and my wife away! Indoor basketball court was awesome for my son he’s still talking about it. Beautiful home great detail, year round pool/hot tub was awesome. Would recommend to anyone! Brian was a great host!
