Wander Lake Oconee

The lakeside is home to a variety of amazing creatures, including fish like the largemouth bass, sunfish, and catfish, as well as birds, deer, and insects. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. Use caution and do not touch wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), and secure all garbage.

It is also recommended to avoid bushes or long grass and to bring some pepper spray when going out for a hike or jog. We regularly perform pest control and take extra measures to prevent critters from entering our homes; please keep doors and windows closed to keep them out.

Please note that a boat is parked on the property but it is off-limits to guests. Reach out to the Concierge team for information on nearby boat rentals.

The minimum age to book this home is 25 years old. Identity verification will be required to confirm your stay.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule, limited to 14 people. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional charges. For vehicles, up to 7 may park at the home.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside or outside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.
