Menus and wine lists are available on their website; reservations may be made through Resy. Open 5 PM - 9 PM, Tuesday-Thursday; 5 PM - 10 PM, Friday-Saturday; 5 PM - 8 PM. Sunday; and closed Monday.
Morgan's Restaurant at the Interlaken Inn
A farm-to-table restaurant at the Interlaken Inn. Their menu is focused on American cuisine with a modern twist, incorporating organic and sustainable ingredients in signature dishes like smash burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, flavorful butternut squash ravioli, and various soups and salads.
